Service Description
This 60 minute in-depth skincare consultation assesses lifestyle factors, current skincare routine and your current understanding of skincare ingredients and their uses to create an in-depth skincare plan, specifically tailored to you - including both at-home routines and professional treatmennts. Value of consultation (£25) is given back as a voucher to be redeemed against any further treatment or retail products. This consultation can be booked alongside your first treatment (in this case the price of the consultation will be £0), or independently. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/adult over 21.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all of our treatments, to be paid at the time of booking. Your appointment slot will not be secured until this has been paid. Booking fees are non-refundable with less than 48hours notice, and can be transferred to a new appointment when more than 48hours notice has been given (a maximum of 1 time). In the case that an appointment is missed, with no notice, you will not be able to book any further treatment until 50% of the missed treatment price has been paid.
