Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all of our treatments, to be paid at the time of booking. Your appointment slot will not be secured until this has been paid. Booking fees are non-refundable with less than 48hours notice, and can be transferred to a new appointment when more than 48hours notice has been given (a maximum of 1 time). In the case that an appointment is missed, with no notice, you will not be able to book any further treatment until 50% of the missed treatment price has been paid.
