Description: Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialised, clinically informed massage technique that uses slow, rhythmic, and very light pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system. Unlike traditional massage, it does not target muscles, but instead encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid to support the body’s detoxification and immune processes. This gentle, science-backed treatment is designed to reduce fluid retention, support healing, and promote overall balance within the body.Ideal for those experiencing swelling, fluid retention, or sluggish circulation, MLD helps to reduce puffiness, support the immune system, and enhance the body’s natural detox pathways. Its calming, repetitive movements also promote deep relaxation, making it beneficial for stress reduction and nervous system regulation. This treatment is particularly supportive post-injury, post-surgery (once medically cleared), or for general wellness and maintenance. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all of our treatments, to be paid at the time of booking. Your appointment slot will not be secured until this has been paid. Booking fees are non-refundable with less than 48hours notice, and can be transferred to a new appointment when more than 48hours notice has been given (a maximum of 1 time). In the case that an appointment is missed, with no notice, you will not be able to book any further treatment until 50% of the missed treatment price has been paid.
