Where can I park/ where is the closes public transport?
We have driveway space designated for our clients! Please feel free to park on our driveway, avoiding blocking anyone in! If there is no space on the driveway, the surrounding roads all offer free street parking, and are less than 2 minutes away!
The closest bus stops are Shipwrights Drive North/South and is only a short walk away! The numbers 1, 27 and 28 all go directly past.
Can I bring my child/friend/pet?
Please do not bring anyone (or anything!) with you to your appointment. Our services are meant for relaxation as well as results! Due to having electrical equipment in the treatment room, our insurance does not cover us to have children under 16 in our premises.
I'm here! Now what?
The treatment door will be locked before your appointment time to avoid interruption to previous clients. Please send us a message via Instagram, Facebook, Instagram or our website to let us know you're here, and we will personally greet you!
I'm anxious about my visit...
We offer FREE 15 minute consultations that allow you to put a face to the name and ask any and all questions you have about your treatment.
Alternatively, if you have any requests that may make you feel less anxious, please feel free to add this in the box when booking (or message/tell us)
I don't want to pay a booking fee/deposit.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings. Without this payment, your appointment time will not be secured, and may be given to another client.

I need to cancel my appointment.
You can cancel your appointment on our website up to 48 hours before your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another booking (a maximum of 1 time).
It won't let me book an appointment?
If you are having problems with booking, there may not be availability at the time you are searching for. Please find an alternative day/time.
If you still are unable to book a service, please contact us using the website.
Do you need to take my photos during my treatment?
For dermal filler treatment, we require a before/after photo to be taken for insurance purposes. Skincare clients may be asked for photos to be taken to track their skincare journey!
Any photos we take will be kept private, unless you sign a consent form stating they can be published online. If you change your mind after photos have been posted, contact us and we will remove them straight away!
