Service Description

Description: Swedish massage uses long, stroking movement where the contact between the client and therapist is rarely broken throughout the treatment, creating fluid movement. This treatment works on the layers of fascia and muscle to ease tension and knots. Benefits: Removes tension, knots, aches and pains. Encourages blood flow and aides circulation. Pressure can be adapted from soft to firm, depending on pain tolerance and muscle condition. (This is NOT a deep tissue or sports massage, but can achieve firm pressure.) Includes: - Application of massage oil - Swedish massage (back only OR back and one area) Additional area may include: - Back of legs - Front of legs - Stomach - Neck and shoulder Suitable for vegans: Yes Suitable in pregnancy: No Suitable while breastfeeding: Yes Suitable for under 18s: Yes (must be accompanied by parent/guardian to sign consent form) Suitable for under 16s: Yes (must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to sign consent form and stay on premises for duration of treatment) Available in a package: No

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required for all of our treatments, to be paid at the time of booking. Your appointment slot will not be secured until this has been paid. Booking fees are non-refundable with less than 48hours notice, and can be transferred to a new appointment when more than 48hours notice has been given (a maximum of 1 time). In the case that an appointment is missed, with no notice, you will not be able to book any further treatment until 50% of the missed treatment price has been paid.
